Processing Related Fees

Effective March, 2026, several of our processing fees will be updated. These adjustments help us continue improving our systems, strengthening security, and maintaining the level of service you rely on.

Please note that these updates vary by account and service type, and not all fees may apply to your account.

If you are currently charged an Annual PCI Fee, you may now be moved to monthly billing instead of annual.

Card Brand Related Fees

 Effective April, 2026, Card Brands announced the following changes:

• Amex is adding small and micro ticket pricing tiers to the Travel and Entertainment & Other industry categories on pricing tables.

• Amex will expand the current Program Continuation Fee into three tiers based on the merchants Amex OptBlue volume.

• Discover will be adjusting the interchange rates for the Hotel/ Car Rental & Passenger Transport categories.

• Discover is removing Warehouse Clubs, MCC 5300 from the Supermarket and Warehouse interchange program, impacting the following interchange programs, resulting in a qualification and descriptor change:

• Mastercard will increase the rate on the Acquirer Digital Enablement Fee (DGT ENBL MC VOL).
• Visa will introduce a card present token fee for domestic (CP TOKEN-VS) and cross border (CP TOKEN INTL -VS) authorized card-present tokenized transactions, excluding Account Funding Transactions (AFTs) and Original Credit Transactions (OCTs).
• Visa will introduce a new Enhanced Data Program fee (Digital Comm Auth - VS) for Digital Commerce Authentication Program (DCAP) qualified transactions that contain enhanced data (i.e. Device ID, IP Address, Email Address, Billing Address, etc.) sent via 3DS.
• Visa will introduce two new fee programs for Car Rental Agencies (MCCs 3351–3500 & 7512).

• Vehicle Rental Merchant Flexible Extension Program (CAR RNTL FLX EXT- VS) —fee assessed when the settled sale exceeds the total authorized amount by 15% (the fee is assessed only on the overage amount).

• Vehicle Rental Merchant Asset Protection Program (CAR RNTL ASSET PROT- VS) — fee assessed for authorizations in excess of the clearing amount (plus 15%), for authorized amounts of $200.01 or more.

• Visa will increase the Digital Commerce Services, which bills on non-swiped/dipped/tapped authorization requests (fee bills on approved, declined, and zero-dollar authorization requests) and split out international (DGT COM SRV FEE INTL-VS) vs. domestic (DGT COM SRV FEE-VS).
• Visa will increase the Visa Integrity Fees for Non-US Issued cards (XAUTH DCL-VS INTL) and (CAT1 DCL VS INTL).
• Visa will introduce new interchange programs applicable to Visa Consumer card not present token and/or DCAP credit transaction.
